  Ambient temperature is too high (e.g. in shop window, display case) In the event of overheating the automatic switch-off device in the luminaire is activated and switches the luminaire off. Please then switch the mains switch off and on again and ensure sufficient ventilation. Please also watch our Advices for Automatic Shutdown.
  Wattage of the lamp and of the ballast do not always match Replace lamp => use correct wattage
  Voltage fluctuations in the mains   Inform/commission skilled personnel (electricians)
  Incorrect load distribution (in the case of luminaires in power tracks) Inform/commission skilled personnel (electricians)
a) Divide luminaires over three phases and use a three-phase residual-current-operated circuit-breaker
b) Use a surge-proof, short-time delay three-phase residual-current-operated circuit-breaker
c) Use a 30mA three-phase residual-current-operated circuit-breaker (if permitted) 
The lamp flickers or burns unsteadily
