A fair stand as a lighting project – it was with this concept that Ansorg was able to score in the eyes of the visitors to this year’s Light + Building. Clear evidence was provided of technical know-how, but also the lively atmosphere on the spot left a lasting impression.

Large wall and ceiling sails formed the architectural framework and gave the stand its dynamic characteristics. Interesting details attracted people’s gaze – such as the illumination of the blades of grass along the water-filled ditch, the mirror/projector structure for the illumination of the lounge or the LED “cats’ eyes” over the information desk. Ansorg was aiming primarily at making lighting competence something that can be experienced in a playful way and at stimulating the visitors to exchange ideas. It was a concept that worked. Also regarding the central fair theme of LED technology, Ansorg relied on providing competent information. Besides the luminaires fitted with LED modules and the attractive presentation of the colour control system, it was above all the comparison with the HIT technology that was focused on. Ansorg provided answers on energy efficiency and economic efficiency and explained the advantages and the weaknesses of LED technology at the present stage of development. That was what really struck a chord with many of the visitors to the fair.

Ansorg was the only exhibitor at Light + Building to present dimmable HIT equipment. Further innovative standards were set by the new spotlight families BIT and TAKE. Six very successful days at the fair provided Ansorg with an appropriate opportunity to position itself as a competent and efficient project partner.
